Every session is an exchange of energy — your time and mine, held with care. Because of the personal, one-on-one nature of this work, please read this policy before booking.
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice, at no extra cost, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be accommodated where possible, but are not guaranteed.
Because sessions are personally prepared for and hold a reserved slot, payments are non-refundable once a session has taken place. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund or credit.
If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered complete and is non-refundable.
Program payments cover all five sessions as a package. Individual sessions within a program can be rescheduled under the same 24-hour notice policy above. Programs are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
Digital products, including the Birthdate Blueprint numerology report, are non-refundable once delivered, as they are generated specifically for you.
